Such freedom, vigor and vitality
To soar through the air with ease and little effort
What speed, what accuracy, to manipulate oneself
To land with such precision
Effortlessly, yet in formation
a flock of birds head south
To the same location , year after year
No map, no compass, no electronic devices to guide them
No traffic lights, speed limits or regulations to enforce upon them
No, they are organized and don’t crash into each other in mid air
Harmoniously, they fly and glide respecting each other’s space
Of course they have their conflicts, predators, and enemies
But for the most part, they don’t have the chaos
They have their instincts which start from the moment they crack the egg
And take their first breath of life Entering into their new world
In which they will always soar above mankind
